Safety first
- Wooden display / training swords only. Never sharpen them or use them for contact.
- Air-cut every file first: set Z zero 25 mm above the stock and run the whole file in the air before cutting wood.
- Dust collection and protection on: hardwood dust is a health hazard. Wear eye and hearing protection and never leave the machine running unattended.

How this works
The generator runs entirely in your browser. It is the same Python program that made the files in the guide, and nothing is uploaded.
Every file is checked before the download unlocks. A separate parser re-reads all the G-code, and a height-map simulation of the wood
measures how hard each bit has to cut. A second check written in JavaScript must agree on the bounds, depths and run times.
Settings that can't work are blocked with a reason and a fix.
